• The VollayT V5000 Suite Fixed Blade (FB) was developed to supplement our VollayT V5000 Adjustable Aluminium Shutters.
• Provide an eye-catching economical range of Shutters to replace the high maintenance timber shutters. . The market asked for an Aluminium Shutter that had the aesthetics of a timber shutter and didn't look like a security grille.
• A product that is easy to manufacture and carries a 10 Year Warranty.
• The product must be an integral part of a large range of residential and commercial Shutters and Louvres.

• Provide a Shutter System where the Blades can be set an angle of 15, 30 or 45º.
• Have a range of Blades to suit all manner of architectural styles and a wide range of Cross Rails to cover all applications and wind loadings.
• To conceal all of the stainless steel assembly fixings and provide clean uncluttered lines.
• By using the latest UV resistant materials provide a smooth functioning Blade movement.
• Provide a Fixed Blade option where privacy issues or council regulations stipulate.

• The Vollay V5000 FB has a wide range of Aerofoil Blades to choose from in 45, 55, 68, 90 and 115mm widths to further expand your design options.
• The Blades are able to be to an angle to provide the ideal ventilation, shading and screen option for the window. You have a choice of 15, 30 and 45.
• Supported with its purpose designed Framing System it's able to incorporated into any window.
• With the integrated Sliding Systems, they are able to be bent or stacked against walls and provide the widest range of movement options available today.
