400mm Blade

The Need

• The VollayT V9000 400mm Blade System was designed to provide a wide range of options including fixed Blade, custom designed angles, manually adjustable through to motorised.
• To harmonise with the wide range of other VollayT Louvres and Screening products.
• Available in a range of surface finishes that stand the test of time and comply with Australian Standards.

• To provide a strong, economical extruded aluminium Blade incorporating an internal pivot channel.
• Be supported with a range of brackets and fittings in either aluminium or stainless steel to enable it to be fixed, manually adjustable or motorised.
• Finished in a range of surface finishes that comply with Australian Standards.

• The V9000 400mm two piece Blade is extruded from T6 tempered aluminium and is a very cost effective way to manufacture a Blade of this size, and when joined is able to span up to 3,900mm unsupported.
• The Blade includes a full length pivot channel which also provides a high level of rigidity.
• When installed in a fixed application you have the choice of a vertical, horizontal or level fix with full adjustment to achieve the ideal shading system.
• The Blades pivot when operable on a spring loaded stainless steel pin at either end enabling ease of installation, ease of replacement and many years of smooth operation.
• Custom Brackets designed in-house to suit all applications.
